We invite you to join us on Monday, September 26th for three consecutive events beginning at noon. First, the Women in the Industry Summit will include a luncheon, and 3-hour workshop focused on the language of leadership and negotiation presented by speaker, Alicia M. Rodriguez. The 2022 Summit is an opportunity for the Women in the Industry community to gather, learn and get inspired. All genders are welcome. Noon – 4pm. Immediately following, the Industry Leadership Panel will feature executives from leading marine companies from a variety of segments including boat, engine, and component manufacturers. The panel will be moderated by our summit leader, Alicia M. Rodriguez. 4:30-5:30pm. Each year, Soundings Trade Only recognizes organizations from large, global companies to small startups that are shaping the future of the marine marketplace. We will finish the day with the announcement of the 2022 Most Innovative Marine Company Award winners. After the ceremony, we will celebrate the winning companies and our marine community at a reception by the water. You may choose to attend the entire day, 12-7, or join us for the leadership panel, awards ceremony, and reception, 4:30-7. Registration opens in early June.
